Welcome to Oakdale Elementary School!  Oakdale is one of the four Elementary schools in the Dedham Public School District, serving approximately 265+ students in grades 1-5.

Oakdale Elementary is an inclusive learning community for students where educators nurturing and supporting the growth of the whole child.  Academic, Physical, Social and Emotional. 

 At Oakdale all staff and students follow our core values of: Pride, Safety, Kindness, Perseverance and Inclusion.
Our values guide how we learn, work and play together. Our school is rich in tradition and deeply connected to its community. Families and community members are valuable contributors to the vibrancy and learning happening each day and our growing diversity makes Oakdale a wonderful place to learn and work.  

We believe in creating a learning environment that supports all learners, allows both faculty and students to take risks, and find joy each day within the classroom. Our goal continues to be focused on the development of creative problem solvers, enthusiastic learners and independent thinkers.
